14. Without derogating from the above, casinocruise also reserves the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings in various suspicious circumstances that include, but are not limited to, any one or more of the following:

15. In the event that casinocruise deems that a participant has executed any act in bad faith in relation to a Bonus and/or tried to abuse a Bonus, such participant shall be excluded from this Bonus and therefore become ineligible to receive the Bonus and any winnings generated from it; such ineligibility may be determined and the Bonus (and any winnings gained from the use of the Bonus) withheld or revoked, even after the participant's account's award of the Bonus.

Bonus mechanism

1. Your qualifying deposit amount, Bonus and any winnings generated from both (together constituting the "Bonus Balance") are locked until the wagering requirements are met, the Bonus expires or forfeited. Once the wagering requirements are met, the Bonus Balance will be converted to real money balance. If the Bonus expires or forfeited, then the Bonus Balance and winnings will be forfeited, and only remaining deposit amount will be credited to your real money balance.

2. All bets placed when there is an active Bonus will be deducted from the Bonus Balance, first from your deposit amount and then from the remainder of the Bonus Balance. If a bet is larger than the Bonus Balance, the remaining required amount to place the bet will automatically be taken from your real money balance to complete the bet. The bet will still be considered a bonus bet.

3. You can forfeit any active Bonus, in which case the Bonus Balance will be forfeited and any remaining deposit amount within the Bonus Balance will be credited to your real money balance.

4. In the event a Bonus is not credited after a qualified deposit has been made, please contact customer support at support@casinocruise or via live chat before placing any bets. If you do not wait for the Bonus to be set up before placing a wager, casinocruise reserves the right not to grant the Bonus.

Wagering Requirements

1. All Bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 (forty) times the Bonus amount before the Bonus Balance can be converted to your real money balance.

2. All Free spins winnings (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 (forty) times before the Bonus Balance can be converted to your real money balance.

3. The maximum withdrawal amount from free spins, including money won by leveraging the free spins profit, issued to players that have not deposited funds into their account and/or have deposited but have not wagered a minimum of €/£/$50 previous to free spins being awarded is €/£/$100.
